1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pph33 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, and any related features — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) pph33 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses associated with those accounts.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your pph33 account. This includes all bets placed, all transactions initiated, and all communications sent through your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

• Deposits: pph33 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your pph33 wallet instantly or within a few minutes.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

pph33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all pph33 promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
